  • How do I adjust the time?

    Note: If you just received your Bradley timepiece, please check the side of the timepiece to see if there is a white plastic stopper between the crown and the timepiece body. If there is a stopper, remove it and carefully ensure that there are no plastic pieces left behind. 1. Pull the crown out, if it isn’t out. 2. Rotate the crown counterclockwise (the ball bearings will move clockwise). Turning the crown clockwise can damage the watch movement. 3. To set the time, push the crown in toward the timepiece body.

  • How do I change the battery on the Bradley timepiece?

    The Bradley timepiece uses a Renata 371 button cell battery that lasts for about 2 years. To change the battery, we highly recommend taking your Bradley to a watch repair store and asking them to change the battery for you. This reduces the likelihood of unwanted scratches and scuffs when removing the back plate.

  • How do I clean the Bradley timepiece?

    Cleaning the Case: Use a clean, dry cloth to remove any debris from the watch surface or in the recessed tracks. We also recommend using just a touch of rubbing alcohol to keep it looking good as new. Cleaning the Strap: Stainless Steel Mesh Strap: Use a clean, damp cloth to polish away grime. Leather: Wipe with a clean, damp cloth, using water only.

  • Is the Bradley timepiece water resistant?

    The Bradley will easily withstand brief contact with water, like getting caught in the rain or washing hands. It is not intended for submersion in water or high intensity sports.

  • Do you offer engraving?

    We do not offer engraving services at this time. However, some of our customers choose to take their Bradley to a jeweler to have it engraved.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    Eone currently ships to the US, Canada, and most of Europe. If you don't see your country listed in the drop-down menu at the top of our shop, contact us and we'll be happy to connect you to a retailer that ships to your country.

  • Which shipping methods do you offer?

    US/Canada Standard: USPS First-Class Mail (US: 3-5 business days / Canada: up to 14 business days). Additional options include FedEx Ground and UPS Ground, if you would like more control over your delivery. Expedited: FedEx (US: Fedex 2 Business Days / Canada: FedEx International). Please note Business Days do not count Saturday or Sunday. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. UK Standard: Royal Mail (3-5 business days). Expedited: Expedited options include Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 business day). Eurozone Standard: Royal Mail International (3-7 business days). Shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We're a small team working to offer the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options. If you need your order by a certain time, contact us and we will do what we can.

  • When will my order ship?

    Our fulfillment center is open Monday through Friday and typically fulfills orders within 24-72 hours after placement. Orders placed after 12pm EST will likely ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday. Additionally, the order processing time may be longer during peak holiday seasons or immediately after a popular promotion. If you have questions concerning when your order will ship, please contact us. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and allow you to place a new order. To check the status of your order, please email hello@eone-time.com with your order number. Since our fulfillment center gets to your order quickly, we sometimes can’t make changes to your order. We'll do our best to make changes, if possible.

  • Warranty & Repairs

  • Is there a warranty for the Bradley timepiece?

    At Eone, we want you to enjoy touchable time for years to come. That’s why we’re committed to building your Bradley with quality materials and manufacturing, and taking care of any concerns you may have about your timepiece. Each Bradley timepiece purchased directly from eone-time.com or from an authorized retailer is covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Eone's obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at Eone’s discretion. Eone will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case or movement. Eone is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. Any claim outside of the warranty period with Eone will involve you returning the defective goods to us, at your expense.   • Straps

  • How do I adjust the stainless steel mesh strap?

    1. On the adjustable buckle, open the top clasp. 2. Place a flathead screwdriver or spring bar tool in the square slot. Lift this piece away from the strap to open it toward the timepiece body. Warning: leveraging the tool against the straight pin can cause the straight pin to bend. 3. Slide the adjustable buckle to the desired position (make sure the clasp is set in one of the indentations on the back of the band). 4. Close the piece with the square slot and press it down toward the strap. Do not apply pressure to the straight pin.

  • Are the straps interchangeable?

    Yes! All Eone straps can be interchanged on any Bradley timepiece. You can update your Bradley at any time by purchasing straps separately in our shop. The Bradley timepiece will accommodate most 20mm straps.

  • How do I install a new strap?

    1. Use a spring bar tool to press one end of the spring bar in toward the center of the strap. This will detach the spring bar. 2. Remove the spring bar from the strap. Repeat to remove the other strap. 3. Insert the spring bar through the new strap, and use the spring bar tool to squeeze the bar back into the notches. Repeat for the other new strap.

  • How do I return my purchase?

    We hope you love your Bradley timepiece. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned and the cost of the item refunded. If there is something we can do to make your experience better, please email us at hello@eone-time.com. Faulty products that have been purchased from eone-time.com can be replaced or refunded within 14 days after delivery. We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our timepieces. The warranty applies to products purchased from eone-time.com that become faulty after 14 days and products purchased from an authorized retailer. Please refer to our warranty section for more information. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after your product is delivered, and in accordance with our return policy: The product must have been purchased directly from eone-time.com. For orders placed from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the authorized retailer’s return policy. The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We suggest that you return items through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us.
