We hope you love your Bradley timepiece. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned and the cost of the item refunded. If there is something we can do to make your experience better, please email us at hello@eone-time.com

 

COMMON QUESTIONS

What items are returnable?

• Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  
  
• The product must have been purchased directly from eone-time.com. For orders placed from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the authorized retailer’s return policy
  
  
• The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Return Items
  
  
• Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  
  
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Are there any charges for returns?

• There are no charges for returns. If you would like to return after 14 days we are only able to issue store credit.
  
  
• Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.

When will I see my refund?

• There are no charges for returns. If you would like to return after 14 days we are only able to issue store credit up to 30 days after you place an order.
  
  
• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 business days.
